In order to communicate practical ways to move away from depending on a system that is designed to harm it’s people, I provided low cost options for people to consider growing their own food.
My goal was to detail the importance of care and mutual aid, specifically through cultivating community gardens—the bleakness of capitalism is juxtaposed with statistics of successful WWII Victory Gardens.
This foldable page was distributed to food pantries and free libraries in Portland. It was created for people who are overwhelmed by the state of the world and/or think they can’t make any meaningful change, but want to.
